I think the time I appreciated Steve O’s the most is when my battery went dead on a weekend while I was out running errands. Like the typical girl that I am, I immediately called the first guy I knew who could help and he did! Even though they were not open that day, Donny made a special trip to the shop to replace my battery as needed and I was off and running in less than an hour. How can anyone ask for more than that?

After almost a year of unresolved brake issues where my husband changed out all front brake parts repeatedly and we still had a terrible shimmy every time I braked on my Nissan Altima, my husband took it to Steve O's for a much needed evaluation. Steve O's found out my 2003 Nissan Altima has a 3 brake system where the parking brake is on a separate system than the rear brakes therefore the parking brake test my husband has used for so many years to check the rear brakes was null and void in this particular case. Steve O's promptly fixed a warped rear rotor, changed the rear brake pads and kits and was done in no time. By the time I arrived to pay for the services my trusty Altima was ready to go. Not only were they efficient, professional and courteous they also offered us savings on future standard needed work that will be helpful in this economy. I highly recommend Steve O's!
